This blog and it's contents is an expression of myself and my journey with mental illness, where I speak plainly and as openly as possible about what I am seeing and learning. It won't always be pretty. Some days it may be ugly as I struggle with my own feelings. From year to year, month to month and sometimes day to day by opinions and viewpoints may change. What served me yesterday may not serve me today or tomorrow. What I understood last year may not be my understanding today.
